Are Tooth Bleaching Strips As Good As Other Bleaching Kits?

couple_five95px.jpgSome people say that tooth bleaching strips are the ideal way to whiten your teeth. They consider tooth whitening strips as at least equal to professional tooth bleaching. And they say that there is no more convenient way to bleach your teeth than with strips.

But are tooth bleaching strips the best way to get a brilliant smile? Or are other tooth bleaching systems like tooth bleaching trays and gel kits, more effective at bleaching teeth?

How Does The Tooth Bleaching Strip Work?
Tooth whitening strips are a unique tooth bleaching system. They are clear strips of plastic coated with carbamide peroxide (usually around 6-10% concentration), and are designed to be worn over the teeth twice a day, for an average of 30 minutes each session. The upper tooth bleaching strip has a particular design as does the one for the bottom teeth.
